"Visited this Tesco on February 16th, 2026 and was after a particular item in aisle number 3. I discovered the item ran out but then I met Sana at 17:48 (might have spelt her name wrong sorry). She is a superstar! She informed me that the item ran out and could have ended our interaction. But no; Sana went above and beyond and went to get me the item from the storage area. She made me feel reassured that I will get my item today. This was an perfect example of excellent customer service and Sana championed Tesco values. I am extremely grateful to Sana and Tesco should be proud to have her on board. Keep it up!"

"Very good store, with ample of parking spaces and good collection of products. The only thing to improve is the upper floor home section gets closed by 6pm everyday, this time should be extended so that we can visit that section post working hours. There are occasions when because they close the home section by 6pm, i had to buy from other retailers."
